Return and Exchange Policy
We hope you love our accessories as much as we do, but in the event you need to return or exchange a product you will have 21 days from purchase date to return or exchange.
All eligible return merchandise must be unused and in the original condition and packaging.
To complete your return or exchange please fill out the form below with your order number, name, and reason for return or exchange
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will only receive partial refunds if we can repair it.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email and notify you of the refund amount approved.
Upon approval your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you haven’t received a refund contact your credit card company, and bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please fill out the form below or contact us here
Only full price purchases can be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Defective or damaged items will be replaced, please fill the form below.
ShippingReturned and exchanged products are shipped at the customer’s expense.
When shipping an item please send it with a track-able shipping service. We don't guarantee we will receive your item.
